Jews and Muslims unite in Germany against circumcision ban

With anti-circumcision activists demanding a law against the practice in San Francisco and now a court in Cologne, Germany ruling against it Jewish and Muslim communities have come together to protest. This article from Reuters reports on a joint rally of hundreds of Jews and Muslims in Berlin. There is a possibility that the German government will introduce a new rule that ‘exempts circumcision from punishment’ and thereby overruling the decision in Cologne.
